Privacy policy

When you submit an enquiry, Athlete Tree Service collects your name, email address, optional phone number, postal code, project answers and notes. We use these details to assess your request and contact you about tree services. Enquiries do not subscribe you to marketing.

Requests are stored privately in WordPress and accessible to administrators. When email notifications are configured, they are also sent to the business inbox. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services. Server logs and temporary abuse-prevention records help protect the site. No account or advertising cookies are required to use the estimator.

Contact athletetreeservice@me.com to request access, correction or deletion. Enquiries remain available for project follow-up until removed by the business; backups and emails may be retained separately. Avoid payment information or sensitive documents in the notes.
